Breaking News in the Hunt for Abulkasem!

This man is wanted for escaping from a detention center in Modesto, CA.  He speaks in a complex code (which has not yet been broken by our intelligence), repeating the name “Abulkasem” and peppering his broken English and fluent Arabic with 1970′s disco music lyrics.  He has been known to say he hates America, and is rumored to be willing to maim or torture in order to escape being identified.

Authorities have released this sketch. Homeland Security has made it their number 1 priority to bring in this elusive figure. Any information regarding this man’s current whereabouts should be reported directly to the Abulkasem Hotline: 415-746-9238.
